Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the NumCheckAPI service. By registering or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the NumCheckAPI platform, including the website, API, and all related tools provided by the operator.
"User" means any individual or legal entity that has registered an account and uses the Service.
"API Key" means the unique authentication credential issued to a User to access the Service programmatically.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the Service to process data in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

  • share your API Key with unauthorized third parties;
  • use the Service to send spam, conduct fraud, or engage in any abusive activity;
  • resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.

4. Payment and Balance

The Service operates on a prepaid basis. You must top up your account balance before making API requests. Prices are displayed on the Rates page and may be updated with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Your balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. API Usage and Limits

Each API request consumes balance according to the current pricing schedule. We reserve the right to impose rate limits to ensure fair usage and service stability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of significant limit changes in advance.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

7. Data Processing

By submitting phone numbers to the Service, you confirm that you have the legal right to process such data and that you comply with all applicable data protection laws. We process submitted numbers solely to provide the requested API response and do not permanently store them. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

All content, trademarks, software, and materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of the operator or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused balance will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
